Month of Coordination

This is the perfect package for the couple who have planned the perfect day and just need a little extra help to make sure the day runs smoothly. The package begins at 4-6 weeks out from the wedding day and is a “takeover” of the logistics to ensure the final weeks and the wedding day are as stress-free as possible. We will work with you and your vendors to help ensure all of your hard work and planning come together on your special day.

This package includes:

Complimentary Consultation
Unlimited phone calls and email communication leading up to the wedding day
In person meeting 4 -6 weeks prior to over final checklist, create timeline, collect vendor information and contracts as well as any additional details
Create detailed wedding day timeline for you and your vendors
Vendor confirmations emailed 1-2 weeks prior to wedding day
Attendance and management of rehearsal with or without officiant
Up to 12 hours of day of event management to oversee vendor set up, ceremony and reception (this includes a day of assistant)
On-site direction of ceremony including assistance with processional and cueing DJ/musicians
Oversee set up of ceremony and reception
Oversee wedding day itinerary including key events such as grand entrance, cake cutting and speeches
Troubleshooting during set up, ceremony and reception if needed
Placement of decor and personal items such as seating chart, favours, place cards, guestbook, etc
Distribution of vendor payments on your wedding day if needed
Use of our wedding day emergency kit if needed
Use of all Moments in Time decor items if needed or wanted
