This package includes:

• Complimentary consultation

• Unlimited phone calls and email communication

• Budget management

• Assistance with securing quotes, managing contracts and attending meetings for up to 3 vendors (photographer, caterer, florist, etc)

• Assistance with bringing your theme to life with styling and decor services (includes items from our inventory or working to source from other vendors)

• Check in meeting 3-6 months prior to wedding date and follow up on planning and identify any outstanding items

• Check in meeting 4-6 weeks prior to wedding date to go over final checklist, timeline and any additional details

• On-site direction of ceremony including assistance with processional and cueing DJ/musicians

• Oversee wedding day set up of ceremony & reception

• Oversee wedding day itinerary including key events such as grand entrance, cake cutting and speeches

• Venue walk through to discuss vision and set up

• Creation of detailed timeline for you and your vendors

• Vendor confirmations emailed 1-2 weeks prior to wedding day

• Attendance and management of rehearsal with or without officiant

• 14 hours day of event management to oversee vendor set up, ceremony and reception (includes Day of Assistant)

• Troubleshooting during set up, ceremony and reception of need

• Placement of decor and personal items such as seating chart, favours, place cards, guestbook, etc

• Distribution of vendors payments on your wedding day if needed

• Use of our wedding day emergency kit if needed

• Use of all Moments in Time decor items if needed or wanted
