If planning your wedding was a Mexican vacation, this package would be the “All Inclusive,” margaritas and all! Full wedding planning allows us to elp create your vision and execute that vision on the wedding day to bring everything to life so you enjoy your day instead of stressing over the details! We are with you every step of the way helping to ensure nothing is missed and your day is everything you imagined.

This package includes:

Complimentary consultation
Unlimited emails and phone calls leading up to the wedding day
Budget Management
Assistance with researching and sourcing vendors (photographer, caterer, florists, etc) including 3-5 vendor meetings during the planning process
Assistance with securing venues for ceremony & reception including securing quotes, site visits and reviewing contracts (up to 4 venue choices)
Assistance with bringing your theme to life iwth styling and decor services (including items from our inventory or working to source from other vendors)
Check in meeting 3-6 months prior to the wedding date to follow up on planning and indentify any outstanding items
Check in meeting 4-6 weeks prior to wedding date to over final checklist, timeline and any additional details
Venue walk through to discuss vision and set up
Decor set up and take down
Creation of detailed wedding day timeline for you and your vendors
Vendor confirmations emailed 1-2 weeks prior to wedding day
Attendance and management of rehearsal with or without officiant
14 hours of day of event management to oversee vendor set up, ceremony and reception (includes Day of Assistant)
Troubleshooting during set up, ceremony and reception if needed
Placement of decor and personal items such as seating chart, favours, place cards, guestbook, etc
Distribution of vendor payments on your wedding day if needed
Use of our wedding day emergency kit of needed
Use of all Moments in Time decor if needed or wanted
